For more than 15 years, Dr. Henninger has focused on helping patients replace missing or failing teeth with modern dental implant care. His approach is built on precision, predictability, and comfort — using advanced technology and proven surgical techniques to deliver strong, natural-looking results that last.

A Navy veteran, Dr. Henninger earned his D.M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a hospital-based residency at Camp Pendleton. Certified by the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, he provides IV sedation for a relaxed, safe experience. He also serves on staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, where he collaborates with other healthcare professionals on advanced dental cases.

Dr. Henninger lives in Carlsbad with his wife, Camille, and their three children. Outside the office, he enjoys running, biking, camping, and off-roading in his FJ Cruiser.
